"From drab to fabulous! Eco home Builders did a fantastic job on my main bathroom remodel. I'm a Real Estate Broker and have gone through countless remodels and contractors over the past two decades. Eden did a wonderful job managing the project. Always communicating and being available through the whole project was a huge plus. The contractors did an outstanding job and really paid attention to detail. A lot of large tile pieces went into this project, and I was in very impressed with their skill. We were also impressed with their cabinet maker who did a great job basically building a beautiful piece of art. The project basically went off without a flaw on time and on budget. I would highly recommend Eco Home Builders to anyone thinking of doing any sort of remodel project, I rarely give reviews, but in this case, I felt it was necessary to give kudos that are well deserved. "The quality of the final product was good, although I had to stay constantly involved in the project and continually catch mistakes the project manager missed. Our project was supposed to take 6 weeks and ended up taking 13 weeks to complete. We were return customers having used RemodelWorks for another bathroom remodel earlier in the year, but we felt as if rather than rewarding us for our loyalty to them, we became the absolute last priority for them. Early in the project our project manager got a job at another company and our project began falling behind schedule soon after we were assigned a new PM. Rather than working extra to catch up RemodelWorks went with the opposite strategy and would send workers out 2-3 days a week to work on our bathroom and fall even further behind. Incredibly frustrating experience. Could not have felt less valued as a customer. The only olive branch they offered was to offer a vague discount on a future project."

"Having hosted the HGTV program “My House is Your House”, we’ve worked with and vetted many cabinet builders across San Diego and Southern California. I cannot understate enough how much of a mistake it was to choose Mr Cabinet Care for our kitchen cabinets on an Encinitas project. We are extremely disappointed with our experience with Mr Cabinet Care. We arranged & purchased custom cabinet drawer fronts that were supposed to be high-quality, but they arrived with noticeable gaps. the gaps were problematic for two reasons: 1. for the drawers / doors that closed incorrectly and 2. for being prone to collecting food debris (and unable to clean or remove that debris). When I contacted the company about this clear defect (the food /gap error), they completely dismissed my concerns, blaming “care and maintenance” instead of acknowledging the poor workmanship. Even worse, they provided doctored photos in an attempt to shift the blame, falsely suggesting that residue such as gum or putty had been left on the drawers. Not only was this completely untrue—no such residue existed in any of the photos we originally provided, nor in any additional photos we took. Falsifying evidence to avoid responsibility is not just dishonest; it’s unethical and gives us even greater concern over other claims they’ve made in workmanship or materials. The operations manager even said “The material you selected, White Oak Select, is naturally prone to expansion and contraction due to environmental factors such as heat and humidity. Upon reviewing the photos taken by the technician, it appears that the issues you are experiencing are likely related to care and maintenance, rather than any manufacturing defect.” These were installed weeks prior to our notice, not years later, and during a cool weather season. To claim extreme weather (like heat & humidity) in San diego is laughable and outrageous. Under California law, products like these are covered by warranties ensuring they are fit for their intended purpose. These drawer fronts clearly do not meet that standard, yet the company refused to honor its obligations. Instead of standing behind their product, they chose to manipulate the situation to avoid accountability. Beware if you work with them and have future warranty issues, youre going to likely run into similar defenses and accusations. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this company. If they are willing to misrepresent facts and dismiss valid concerns, I can only imagine how they handle other customer complaints. We regret this purchase for our client and would never recommend them to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship or honest customer service. We will not be using them for any future HGTV projects nor recommending them to other clients or customers"

"Set up an appointment with Sabrina. Creative D&B emailed me the day prior to confirm (from Lior Scott), which I did confirm in an email reply. The appointment passed without a call or email. I both called and emailed asking if they were planning on showing up - no response at all. It is now the day after, 3:40P local time and I have still not heard from anyone from Creative D&B. I don't see how someone would want to do business with a company that treats people with such disrespect."

"Such a positive experience having our wood floor repaired! We are having our kitchen remodeled, and the floor under a built-in hutch had to be laid, and planks under a refrigerator (that had a leak!) had to be repaired. Vern and Raul did absolutely OUTSTANDING work. We enthusiastically recommend them!"
