It went extremely well.  The men were very nice and worked hard at getting the tile to look it's best.  All the steps were explained to me and I was given advice on how to maintain it the best I could.  The tile looks amazing and I am happy that nice people worked to make it look that way.  Very professional and courteous too.   I have started recommending this company and will definitely use them again!

First I should say that I had purchased an Angie's List discount for Stone Masters a while ago. Due to a family situation I was unable to schedule an appointment while the discount was active. I figured I would still have Stone Master's do the work but I would only receive the face value of my purchase. To my delight, Juan honored my original deal after it had expired for almost a year. That's unheard of and a testament to his integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Although I was a little skeptical of whether or not they would hurry through the process, Juan and Miguel did an excellent job. My counters look terrific and they were a pleasure to work with. Juan and Miguel are knowledgeable and are well spoken. They were both professional, courteous, and happy to answer the many questions we had about other work we are considering doing in the future.

Juan did all around fantastic job cleaning and sealing our countertops. He was professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and clean (he even wore booties in the house). He was even so kind as to knock quietly and whisper when we told him that our baby would likely be napping when he arrived.
His service was excellent -- he used top-of-the-line product and went above and beyond in taking care of our stone, which needed more help than we realized (and before you ask, no, he didn't tack on extra charges). He was very reasonably priced for the work performed and the products used -- we had an Angie's List deal that brought the price down considerably, but I believe that it is typically $300.
Before I met Juan, I had a half second of worry when I called and his mailbox was full, but I trusted the many happy customers on Angie's List and didn't give it much thought. I then texted him and received a response immediately. 
I had such a good experience that I'm hoping to have him back soon to do our floors. I'd highly recommend Stone Masters to care for the stone in your home or business!

Juan was extremely good to deal with, both on the phone and in person when he came to perform the work. He is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. He first toured all the work areas, explained the entire process to me, and quoted me a very reasonable price for the work that was not covered by the Angie's List Big Deal. He then got right to work. He was very careful and detail-oriented as he worked, and the results are outstanding. I recommend Juan and Stonemasters in the strongest possible manner.

I purchased a Groupon for Stone Masters, Juan came & cleaned and sealed our kitchen granite counter tops, he is very knowledgeable about stone & does a great job.  We are going to have him back to do the bathroom travertine tile floors.  He was very friendly and made sure we were happy with end result before he left.  He even did a great job of cleaning up!
