"The pro did a substandard job. He was paid in FULL except for 10% which we held for inspection. It did not pass inspection because the shower door width 18" rather than the CODE requirement of 22". Also, the Wall Mount Floating Toilet system in wall with metal frame tank was installed incorrectly and there were missing parts. It would not HOLD up against the vinyl wall because it needed to be framed properly. Both the faucet per contract was missing and the wall mounted LED mirror was never installed; it was also missing the electrical outlet that was part of the contract. There are tons more ISSUES with this contract. I would not recommend hiring him for any future projects because he does not build to code and takes your money without completing his contractual obligations. Please see the picture below; we had to hire an outside plumbing/framing company to complete the toilet. This was an additional cost to us as we already paid for this work from NuBath Inc. So we got taken!"
