"He was very quick to finish three of the Appraisal Reports . I am so appreciative. It is very helpful. But he was late to call me back by phone when I contacted him. Maybe I was in a hurry to get information from him. If he returns my phone not too late or returns the message by text or by email within 1 to 3 hours . Maybe better and I will give him 5 stars.
