The team we dealt with was absolutely amazing! We had our furnace replaced (switching from gas to electric), AC unit replaced and all the ductwork redone as our originals were not sealed. Everyone was so personable and very knowledgeable. There was no question that was unanswered and they all explained everything thoroughly. I felt like I was in good hands from beginning to end. Special shout out to Sam our maintenance tech, Nick our sales rep, Austin our duct lead and Daniel our lead installer. This team was hands down the best crew I?ve dealt with. We have also signed on for the maintenance program as they have earned our trust and we know things will be done right. Would definitely recommend to anyone with HVAC needs! Thank you

What: NOT Plumbing. Electrical wiring for/and installation of flood lights above garage door, side walkway to backyard, and backyard. Also installed porch light. Pros: On time, courteous Comments: Backyard floodlight was on all day & all night and on the same electrical source of the lights in the laundry room light and side walkway to backyard. The only way to turn it off was to turn off the electrical switch in the box, which turned off all 3 lights mentioned above. The flood lights were supposed to be on, with a timer, only during dark hours, but either it was on all night because they tied it to the laundry & walkway "wire" or electrical switch, OR they didn't put it on timer, or some other reason. They sent another team out to fix the issue within the next few weeks. Recommendation: Buy your own light fixture, inform YOU want to pick and have them install. Otherwise, they go with their own vendor and the alternative did not look anything like the style we wanted.

not very knowledgeable just told me my system is very old kept recommending get a new system sign up for their program and they have to get discounts call someone else they can fix the real problem

They managed to make me pay direct to them & not thru Anji with 20% off. They were recommended by a friend for evaluation, but not for quality repairs. Offered to repair for $1,500, but system might not even last out the year from their investigation findings & video.
