"We purchased a Sunbrella material retractable awning from North County Deck in 2010, as part of our new deck installation.  North County Deck obtained the awning from Abbott Industries/Abbott Awnings.  It is a large awning (more than 20 ft) operated from a switch inside our house.  The awning has a manual operation in case of power outtage.  It is well made and came with a 5 year warranty.  Recently the awning material split along a seam.  We notified North County Deck, who contacted Abbott and arranged to have the awning picked up and repaired.  Today (11/19/2014) a team from Abbott Awnings reinstalled the awning and ensured it worked properly.  There was no charge to us.  Though Abbott Awnings has new owners since we purchased the awning, they have retained their commitment to customer service.  We will be glad to purchase from them in future.

"Landscape West Enterprises exceeded all my expectations. Three qualities that I look for from a contractor are professionalism, communication, and flexibility. John, Craig and their crew exhibited all three. They were professional, courteous, punctual, and left the site organized and tidy after a day's work. John kept in communication constantly with myself and his crew, returning calls/emails within a respectable time. John also worked with our budget and was flexible with landscaping changes (plant choices and location) during the job.
John's foreman Craig was also flexible and accommodating with additional work and changes that we encountered during the project. John and Craig helped us with creative suggestions, but never pushed their ideas on us. They made sure we were satisfied before he and his crew left at the end of the day. The cost of this project was competitive with other quotes. This is our third time hiring a contractor for a major project for our home and I definitely endorse and recommend Landscape West Enterprises.

"From beginning to end, everything went smoothly.  The owner, Dwayne Reese, was extremely professional and he went the "extra mile" to satisfy me and earn my business.  His business pricing was extremely competitive (several hundred dollars cheaper than his competitors) and he did a professional job in every respect. Dwayne Reese personally came to my home with his son to install the awnings.  The "attention to detail" with the finished product and the installation process was superb. I would "highly recommend" this company and would not hesitate to use him in the future.  Thank you Angie's List for this terrific business referral.

"Just finished our kitchen and bathroom remodel with Ocean Seven Builders and happy we went with them. Ron helped us through the whole process and made it simple. He was always available when we had questions and gave honest advice when we were choosing materials. The kitchen looks open and bright now, and the bathroom finally feels updated instead of old and cramped. Solid work and good people."

"

When we started looking into getting a patio cover we got bids from three different companies.  We choose to go with PatioCrew.  Now we have a big beautiful insulated patio cover and we love it.  Warren and the crew were all really nice and polite to work with.  They specialize in patio covers and it shows.  They got the permit from the city for us and had no problem hooking up lights and fans under the cover.  The workmanship and quality is great, and we would highly recommend them to anyone!

"I was not able to be at the site that much but Joe and his crew did all that was required and was available for the "extra" stuff that popped up.

"I bought my own slab of granite for the job. All I needed was for the granite to be cut and installed. The company didn't want to cut into the slab because they didn't know the original source of it and usually supply their own stone for the job. The company was prompt for scheduling and came out in a timely manner. They were just not able to do the job I needed."
