"Mr. Lee was first contacted mid-morning and conducted the estimate before lunch. He returned after lunch (as promised) and repaired a 2' drywall tape separation near the top of my vaulted ceiling (about 20' up). He noticed other minor drywall imperfections around the house and promptly repaired those as well for the original price. He was prompt, courteous, reasonably priced, friendly and professional. He takes great pride in his work. Can't recommend him highly enough!"

Mr. Dove didn't do the work.  It was two of his employees or subcontractors.  The installation of the wiring, ceiling fan and ceiling light went fine, but the drywall repair wasn't that good.  The texture they sprayed on the walls didn't even remotely match the existing wall texture, so their patch job was obvious.  Also, they didn't reconnect something in one of the outlets so only the top socket worked.  When I notified Mr. Dove, he came out the next day to fix it.  I was impressed by Mr. Dove's professionalism, and would hire him again provided he did the work.

Even ran to Home Depot to get the necessary materials needed to replace things. And he was very responsive, professional, and friendly! Couldn't ask for better! "After our initial call, Marty responded very quickly, and we set an appointment to get an estimate for exterior painting.  Marty arrived early the next day for the appointment.  During the appointment, we thought highly of Marty's professionalism and apparent honesty.  Marty entered all the information in his iPad and said he would email an estimate that afternoon.  That's when thing went awry.
We did not receive the estimate that afternoon.  The next day we called the number and someone answered.  He said we was not Marty, and we told him we had not received our estimate.  He checked his records and said Marty had sent to already.  We asked him to confirm the email address, which he did, and it was correct.  We asked him to re-send the estimate.  He said he would do so immediately.  Two days later, we still did not receive the estimate.  When we called the number again, someone else answered.  We went through the entire issue again, and were told, again, they would re-send the estimate immediately.  We finally received the estimate the following day.
It's too bad all of this happened because Marty had our confidence, the estimate was in the ballpark, and Marty said they could begin work right away.  However, after the estimate snafu, we lost all confidence and decided to go with a different vendor: Kevin's Painting.
