Here's how it went beginning to end: 1) Phone call - answered and set appointment for estimate (same day) 2) Appointment for Estimate - on time and professional 3) Scheduled Job for 8:00am - arrived at 7:55am 4) Prep work - masked off and draped all work areas 5) The Job - Great, you would never know I had 18 holes in my walls/ceilings! 6) Clean up - Thorough and complete...like they were never here I probably shouldn't say this in a public form, but I had small 2 areas that were not quoted on during the estimate and the fixed them for free (don't tell them I shared that!). "It worked out pretty well. There was only one little glitch and that was in the buying of the faucets and that turned out to be a little fiasco but other than that everything turned out well. I guess the price was alright, what happened is I had to have a lot more things done. Actually, I figured it was around 50 something feet. The end result was it cost me $4600.00. Originally, they said it was going to be around $1400.00 but with the sinks and they really kind of took me on the faucets. They were about double the price. The work was neat and whatever. The extras were more than I thought they would be. The one thing that was screwed up was my fault to a degree and their fault to a degree. What happened was I had the counters put in and then I said I wanted to put in a six inch backsplash. Now, what happened was in my 3 installations that were going to go in, there was a mirror that was going to go in. Really, what happened was they ripped it up and when they were going to put it in and the back splash they should not have made it a 6 inch, they should have made it after the rip out was how it was going to be because what happened is now I have a half inch on one side between the mirror and what I'm trying to fix with tile and 3/4 of an inch in another area. So, basically, it became a little bit of a nightmare for me but I'm straightening it out. I can do a lot of work myself but at the same token that's why I hired them. It would have made it a whole lot easier for me if when they took the top off if they would have measured to the mirror and then it would have wound up it would have been tight.
I would use them in the future but I would set different parameters."

"We had wanted to replace the ugly boxed lighting in our kitchen. Communication to set up appointment was excellent (fast responses) and we were able to schedule quickly (within a couple of days). Tom called to notify us he was on his way and arrived on time and was very polite and professional. The work area was draped and taped to minimize dust/debris, the floor was covered and the work done quickly and neatly. Wow, what a pleasure! We have a few other lighting projects and will definitely use their services again."

"Best builders group did an awesome work at my house. They were able to get us a great deal with the cabinets and marble. Zohar was the person that we handled in regards to the cabinets and counters. His supervisor was the main guy that actually did all the work from start to finish and anything that we wanted to ask, was via him. I loved the fact that they didn't miss any day of work and each step was done perfect.
It took them 3 weeks of non stop work to finish the kitchen.
