Hired him to install new ceiling fans, replace light fixtures and hang a chandelier where there was previously just a can light. The crew was fast, clean and showed up on time both days - - and their pricing was reasonable! I was also impressed at their ability to solve problems as they arose...and to figure out creative solutions as necessary. Highly recommended.

Wonderful person and exceptionally knowledgeable. Neftali replaced a bathroom vanity and sink and bath shower door, installed Mirror and towel bars. Fast workers and cleaned up after job! I have other projects for him!!! He can do anything!!!

When we first met him, he was very nice and willing to help. As the project went on it was harder to communicate with him and harder for him to come and finish the project. $7,000 in checks have been cashed, project is still incomplete. Have called and no calls back.

Neftali, the owner, and an assistant installed a garbage disposal and repaired the handle of our kitchen sink faucet. Very knowledgeable. Explained that our faucet has a life-time warranty and he provided the model and serial number of the unit in order for us to call Kohler for a new assy. He was very good about keeping us informed of his approaching arrival time. Will definitely hire ASAP again when needed.

On Aug16th I gave ASAP Handyman - Unlicensed Contractor a 5 star review, I am now changing it to a half start review. He has not returned to complete the job, his quality of work is low after my inspection and he has cashed over $19,000.00 of my money towards labor that I probably will not see again. I do not recommend him at all. I am filling a complaint with HomeAdvisor.

I wish I felt well enough to meet with you here in the desert tomorrow. It?s better if I rest and stay quiet until my office check up with my surgeon on Tuesday afternoon. I?m praying to feel better by then! I?m sorry, but we will also have to reschedule our Monday meet up for after Wednesday. I really want to review the job and write a list before you resume work on the job. Please do not do any work on CP#36 until we have done this. It?s just a short delay due to my health right now. Neftali is a great and personable guy whose years of home remodeling experience show in the speed and quality of his work. He and his son completed 3 "emergency" projects that we needed addressed before our painters could begin, and our schedule was tight. Neftali MADE time to help me out, worked late, and made the whole experience a pleasure, which is pretty unique in home renovation. Fair price and solid work... i highly recommend this guy (at risk of not being able to schedule him again as i intend to for many home projects during our 75% gut remodel).
