I had removed the popcorn ceiling on my living room and dining
room, entry way, and above the stairs. I needed him to patch up and apply
texture coating to the ceilings. I am extremely happy with the results. Lee did

"It worked out pretty well. There was only one little glitch and that was in the buying of the faucets and that turned out to be a little fiasco but other than that everything turned out well. I guess the price was alright, what happened is I had to have a lot more things done. Actually, I figured it was around 50 something feet. The end result was it cost me $4600.00. Originally, they said it was going to be around $1400.00 but with the sinks and they really kind of took me on the faucets. They were about double the price. The work was neat and whatever. The extras were more than I thought they would be. The one thing that was screwed up was my fault to a degree and their fault to a degree. What happened was I had the counters put in and then I said I wanted to put in a six inch backsplash. Now, what happened was in my 3 installations that were going to go in, there was a mirror that was going to go in. Really, what happened was they ripped it up and when they were going to put it in and the back splash they should not have made it a 6 inch, they should have made it after the rip out was how it was going to be because what happened is now I have a half inch on one side between the mirror and what I'm trying to fix with tile and 3/4 of an inch in another area. So, basically, it became a little bit of a nightmare for me but I'm straightening it out. I can do a lot of work myself but at the same token that's why I hired them. It would have made it a whole lot easier for me if when they took the top off if they would have measured to the mirror and then it would have wound up it would have been tight.
I would use them in the future but I would set different parameters."

Mr. Dove didn't do the work.  It was two of his employees or subcontractors.  The installation of the wiring, ceiling fan and ceiling light went fine, but the drywall repair wasn't that good.  The texture they sprayed on the walls didn't even remotely match the existing wall texture, so their patch job was obvious.  Also, they didn't reconnect something in one of the outlets so only the top socket worked.  When I notified Mr. Dove, he came out the next day to fix it.  I was impressed by Mr. Dove's professionalism, and would hire him again provided he did the work.

We originally contracted them to remodel our master bath room and during the remodeling, we were very happy with how they work and manage our remodeling project that we decided to also remodel our kitchen while the other remodeling was in progress. Zohar had wonderful ideas and solutions which ended up with a superb job and more than that… a lot more above our expectations! The kitchen remodeling project was a hard project because they had to do some structural modifications to the ceiling by raising it up to be leveled with in our entry ceiling which at the end, it create a large entrance, modernizing the living room and kitchen by opening walls, tearing the old floor, removing the old fireplace while building a modern and classic new fireplace. "Wiring installation for a ceiling fan created several openings in a popcorn ceiling that needed patching,   We used Brad Patrick three years ago (recommended that time by our painter)  to perform similar repairs in the same room due to a plumbing leak (we were quite please with their work that time),  and as a new member of Angie's List we were happy to find Brad Patrick on the list.  Brad responded promptly to our inquiry, and we set up a convenient day for the work; we preferred early morning for this, and he was happy to accommodate us in that.  The men arrived on time, did a very professional job, and cleaned up their work very well.  We trust we won't have to have this room done again, but if we need similar work done, Brad would be the first person we'd call.  This obviously was a small repair job, but Brad was happy to do it, which we really appreciate."
