Best floor sanding pros near Menifee, CA

"Having New Life Flooring complete the repairs on the damaged part of our dining room floor was a gift to our repair weary spirits. Dave came out to inspect the water damaged floor and prepared a complete and detailed estimate. He and his team were reliable and showed up every day exactly when they said they would. The communication was easy and timely. He and Isaac were meticulous in the removal of the damaged wood and sub-floor. The rebuilding of the sub-floor was not any easy task and it was done with precision. The new hardwood floor was woven into the existing dining room floor and then Dave and Isaac worked tirelessly with me to match the stain to the existing floor. This was a bit of a challenge since we had no records regarding the original stain color. With their effort and an eye for detail, the floor repair was completed and it is impossible to tell where the old floor ends and the new floor begins. I recommend New Life Flooring wholeheartedly and would call them again in an instant if needed."

"Matt did a fantastic job, fair price, and floors look like new."

"We bought all our kitchen remodeling materials from cabinet and flooring solutions. We also purchased LVP flooring and carpet. Everything we received was top quality. Their customer service was great, helping & educating us to select the right materials for our project. They provided flawless carpet and countertop installation. We could not be happier with our experience using cabinet & flooring solutions and we will recommend them to everyone we know."

"We found McCormick home builders through Angie’s list. They were not one of our original contacts, but they contacted us and came out to give us a quote. Matteo was extremely helpful, informative, honest, and gave us reasonable realistic prices, and did not try to inflate the prices or pressure us in anyway. We felt very comfortable with him immediately. We felt like he was a member of the family that we could just talk to and ask questions he was very personable. He gave us his contact number in case we had other questions and he was always available when we needed him for any type of questions or concerns. Mateo‘s team did a beautiful job. They were fast. They were efficient. They cleaned up beautifully. They did a wonderful job. They were very considerate of our time our needs and our neighbors. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Matteo from McCormick home builders for any home building projects, and we will be calling him again in the future!"

"Monteros Hardwood Flooring did an excellent job of sanding and refinishing my wood floor. Javier and his crew are professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, and on time. I have had my floor done before by other local companies, but in my opinion Monteros does a superior job for less. I guarantee you will not be disappointed!"

"I had such a good experience with Thomas and his team that I am actively searching out places to review him without even being asked. I recently bought my first home which was advertised as having original wood floors under the carpet. As soon as I got my keys I ripped up the carpet and exposed the floors. This wasn't the standard refinish job... my floors were BAD. Holes and all. Thomas and his team gave my home a new life. I am in love with my floors and I can finally walk barefoot without fear of getting splinters. They are professional, friendly, efficient, and budget friendly. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and refer him to anyone looking for quality."

"Our hardwood floor was badly damaged due to a pipe leaking from the condo apartment above us. As soon as we called Hometown Restoration, they responded quickly and sent their experts to inspect the damage. With the help of the dryers, they begin the drying process quickly. After that, they removed the whole hardwood floor and cleaned up our entire apartment before departing. Hometown Restoration performed an excellent job on floor restoration. They were quick to respond and helpful. They also had a friendly approach and were considerate. We sincerely thank the Hometown Restoration team for their excellent effort. Highly recommended for any water damage difficulties."

"Mike suggested we get the carpets cleaned and just do a small carpet replacement rather than completely replace the carpet.  He said that the carpet was still in good condition and should last at least a few more years.  Honest, helpful, and caring.  When we do purchase carpet, it will be from M&M Carpets.
