He took the time to clearly explain the damage to my flooring, what repairs were needed, and provided an accurate and honest assessment of both the scope of work and the timeframe to complete it. The job was completed efficiently and exactly as described, with great attention to detail. The repaired flooring looks fantastic, and the work was done on schedule with no surprises. "It took a long time but it is done. I had some problems with them but they did satisfy me as the customer. There were some spots on the floor that should have not been there. So they ended up giving me a discount, it was a $30000 job and they gave me a 900 discount for the spots on the floor so I don't know how to rate them. The floor is 99% perfect. There was only a 1% I was unhappy with and am still unhappy with. But I decided to settle with them because I didn't want to move out all of my furniture again and have them redo the floor. It's really a big hassle. I don't want to give them a bad mark but I just can't give them a 10.
They were very professional so I have to admire that. I would use them again for carpet but probably not for oak flooring."

"Mike suggested we get the carpets cleaned and just do a small carpet replacement rather than completely replace the carpet. He said that the carpet was still in good condition and should last at least a few more years. Honest, helpful, and caring. When we do purchase carpet, it will be from M&M Carpets.
