"We were facing severe water damage in our kitchen and floors. We called the experts of Hometown Restoration, and they arrived with restoration work. They were very much interactive and meticulous in their work. If you have authentic, non-engineered hardwood floors, they have devices that can help you save them from water damage. "Wood flooring in hallway.  Carpet in 4 other rooms.  Carpet installation was good.  Wood flooring was good as well except I had some of the pieces pop up.  There were air gaps when walking on certain planks.  The installers were a couple of senior guys
who've installed for many years, however they seemed a little cocky?  Had them out once again to glue down and make some repairs.
Mike, the owner, was super and responded to all calls and concerns.  Came out during the installation and was concerned that everything meets our satisfaction.
Mike is a man of his word and represents his company very well.
I would recommend M&M, however these installers need to be more responsive and courteous.
