"We had experienced a water leakage into our carpet on the first floor, so I contacted experts of Hometown Restoration and spoke with the owner, who was helpful and answered all of my questions. They made a schedule and arrived at our house on that day. First, they inspected the place nicely and then explained to us the whole process of what they would be going to do. It was excellent advice, so I hired them to fix our floors. They could altogether remove all of the water and dry things out, and we are delighted with the work they did. "Wood flooring in hallway.  Carpet in 4 other rooms.  Carpet installation was good.  Wood flooring was good as well except I had some of the pieces pop up.  There were air gaps when walking on certain planks.  The installers were a couple of senior guys
who've installed for many years, however they seemed a little cocky?  Had them out once again to glue down and make some repairs.
Mike, the owner, was super and responded to all calls and concerns.  Came out during the installation and was concerned that everything meets our satisfaction.
Mike is a man of his word and represents his company very well.
I would recommend M&M, however these installers need to be more responsive and courteous.
