"In 2013, AAP replaced my toilet with a new one (that they recommended). Over the past 4 years, that toilet has plugged up 6 times and I had to pay $125 each time to have AAP unplug it. I complained that they obviously installed a terrible quality toilet. The manager agreed to replace the toilet with a new one that was better quality...for free. No cost for the toilet or the labor to install it. Although I was pretty angry that they recommended a terrible toilet, I appreciated them replacing it for free. It was the right thing to do. Except for this issue, I have been very happy with AAP's service. They have always been able to come the same day I've called (even nights and weekends).
