During our first meeting for an estimate, Sylvain listened to my "wish list" to upgrade my older, patio room enclosure and told me he could provide what I wanted. Sylvain did an excellent job on my patio room with new exterior siding and interior drywall, a new door and 3 new energy saving windows. New insulation was also installed. Sylvain also installed an energy saving, through the wall, AC unit and 2 new ceiling fans which I had purchased. The exterior siding was painted to match my home, and the new drywall was painted a color of my choice. Daily, the jobsite was left clean. There were no unpleasant surprises or unexpected costs above the estimate I had agreed to. Sylvain was on the job each day, and communicated with me often as to the progress of the project. "I had a leaky 30-year old cold water supply line toilet shut-off valve dripping in the master bathroom. I am a repeat customer for Home Advisor, and so put the problem details into their site. All in One Plumbing called me, literally, within two minutes. The individual said he could be at my home early tomorrow morning. Antonio arrived on-time, immediately determined the problem, proposed a solution, states the price ( parts & labor ), performed the work with excellent workmanship, cleaned the work area, and verified that the problem was permanently repaired. The valve was replaced which required that a small access hole be put into the dry-wall because he had to replace a small section of the copper pipe behind the wall. This plumber is honest, trustworthy, friendly, kept me informed of the work's progress, and is extremely capable in fixing / repairing plumbing problems. I asked for his business card which is now kept in the home files for any future routine plumbing work & emergencies. I received all plumbing paper work ( work order, invoice, and proof of payment ) via computer email which I like in that I try to run a paper-proof office in my office.
