DRAINAGE SOLUTIONS

We recently hired Drainage Solutions for a second job. They replaced a backyard rain garden draining water from the roof of the house with a pair of large NDS Flow-Wells. They also placed an underground drain with surrounding gravel and stone to the periphery of the garage. The crew (Antonio, Henry, Byron) was very hard working and pleasant. Good communication with us from both the crew’s foreman (Jose), the project manager (Marcus), and the owner (Dalton). Any unexpected findings were dealt with appropriately after discussions we had. Costs seem fair. Costs have never exceeded pre-job estimates. Will continue to use for yard “drainage solutions”.

Excellent. All the digging was done by hand, which saved all of our shrubs and flowers. You can barely tell where they dug the trench! The concrete and brick work around drain looks great. We are very pleased.

Mark's company was very busy, but he faxed me an estimate promptly after visiting. About a week after I signed the proposal, he showed up with a crew of three. They worked one solid day and just the morning of the next. It was a difficult job, much of it in a narrow space between my house and the neighbor's; it all had to be hand-dug in compacted clay. They carefully removed and then put back in place any plant material and paving stones that were in the way. The yard looked spotless when they left. In the months since they did the work, we have had no water infiltration in the basement--the primary problem that started this project.
