He works on repairs as if it were his house -- looking for the best solution possible and least obtrusive for the piping. During the repair, he ran into problems dealing with previously shoddy workmanship, that he went ahead and repaired -- he only charged me for the parts for those repairs. "Noel showed up on a Saturday and unclogged our kitchen sink in an hour. We had tried everything we knew to do and even took all the pipes apart under the sink to try and find the problem. When we couldn't find the clog we decided to look for a professional to help out and we called Noel. He and his employee were awesome.
