"I was in a real jam with a leaking gas line that went under the pool deck concrete to a casita on my rental property. I found Pangus Plumbing in Home Advisor. David's reviewed the problem and came up with an excellent solution. He was able to work on it immediately. He works on repairs as if it were his house -- looking for the best solution possible and least obtrusive for the piping. During the repair, he ran into problems dealing with previously shoddy workmanship, that he went ahead and repaired -- he only charged me for the parts for those repairs. His workmanship and professionalism really impressed me. I will definitively hire for my other plumbing problems and perhaps he can help me map out the heath of the other pipes in my rental. "Noel showed up on a Saturday and unclogged our kitchen sink in an hour. We had tried everything we knew to do and even took all the pipes apart under the sink to try and find the problem. When we couldn't find the clog we decided to look for a professional to help out and we called Noel. He and his employee were awesome. They replaced all of our old pipes and snaked the lines to the outside And all for under $300. We will definitely use him again and are planning to use him to power was all of our pipes soon."

"In 2013, AAP replaced my toilet with a new one (that they recommended). Over the past 4 years, that toilet has plugged up 6 times and I had to pay $125 each time to have AAP unplug it. I complained that they obviously installed a terrible quality toilet. The manager agreed to replace the toilet with a new one that was better quality...for free. No cost for the toilet or the labor to install it. Although I was pretty angry that they recommended a terrible toilet, I appreciated them replacing it for free. It was the right thing to do. Except for this issue, I have been very happy with AAP's service. They have always been able to come the same day I've called (even nights and weekends). And the service guys are all very nice and capable. I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs."
