So far he and his team have remodeled 2 bedrooms including building a built in desk and 3 drawer cabinet, installed wood flooring, built cabinets in closet, built wall to wall bookshelves, installed 2 new doors, replaced a window with glass block, exterior stucco, drywalled entire garage with new electrical, remodeled 2 bathrooms foundation up including new copper plumbing new sewer drains, new sub flooring, tile floors and walls, sinks, cabinets, showers, all fixtures and painting. he is very professional ,takes all covid precautions, is on time, works all day and then some, finishes when he says it will be done and at the price he quoted. "I had a mixed experience with Douglas. The curtain rods were not hung straight. No tools were used such as a stud finder or measurement tool. The wall-affixed garden hose was drilled in the wrong place and a second hole needed to be made into the side of my home. Caulking was used to fill the hole but damage was done. I recommend getting an in-person estimate from Douglas for your repairs. Fee $400 covered book shelf reinforcement, hang 4 curtain rods, hang 3 large frames, affix 2 retractable garden hoses to sides of home."
