"We met with few construction companies in order to remodel our kitchen and all the bathrooms at the house which at the end of all the meetings… we decided to hire Cielo construction. We met with Simon and during all the meetings that we had, he spend extra time to really understand what we want to achieve, what is our style and preferred design. This was a huge plus for us because we felt that he really care about our project and not only in making money. We needed to expand and upgrade our kitchen by moving the laundry space to the garage and removing a wall between the dining room area to the kitchen. This made us the exact open space and entertaining area that we wanted. More than that, we replaced some of the windows so we can have natural light. In the kitchen we added an island with 6 seating that will face one of the windows overlooking the back yard. The team of Simon guided us to make the remodeling stress free including helping us with the purchase of all the cabinets, floors, marble, tiles and appliances. "He did not have the right tools. I have some kind of transformer that takes like 220 current and turns into a 110 current and so I said does that transformer go to the light that lights up my house and he said I really don't know. He just did not get stuff finished. He gets it half done and say and okay I think you need a new transformer right take this to an electrical wholesaler and have them make sure that its a bad transformer but anyway he took it off so I don't have the transformer hooked up. he could not fix the light in another place because he could not get in. I just was disappointed and I kept thinking well maybe if I give him one more project he can do the next project well. It just kind of went from bad to worse. We tried to change the light bulbs at a 23 foot ceiling in my main entry and so he had an extended ladder and an extension pole and instead of him getting up on it he pushed his Mexican worker on it who does not speak English and has never done it before and then he locked the room. He does not really know what he is doing. I just felt it was unprofessional. I paid him additional money. I paid him a lot more money than the Angie's list price to see if he could get everything accomplished. Many things left unaccomplished. He was frustrated and I was frustrated and then I got his bill."
