The windows look better than the original one done. The guys did an excellent job, very professional & cleaned up afterwards too. Will definitely use again for other projects around our home."

"I had a mixed experience with Douglas. The curtain rods were not hung straight. No tools were used such as a stud finder or measurement tool. The wall-affixed garden hose was drilled in the wrong place and a second hole needed to be made into the side of my home. Caulking was used to fill the hole but damage was done. I recommend getting an in-person estimate from Douglas for your repairs. Fee $400 covered book shelf reinforcement, hang 4 curtain rods, hang 3 large frames, affix 2 retractable garden hoses to sides of home."

He also provided thoughtful solutions to an outdoor drainage issue we had in our older home. A couple of years later we also hired him to do flooring at my relative's house, and he again completed the work on time and on budget with his team. We have always loved working with him and would gladly use him as our contractor on future jobs."
