Alpha helped with structural plans for windows in a garden level unit in order to prepare the proposal for city approval. Alpha is a big company and it took them a little while to complete everything; however I can certainly say that the engineer and contact people were knowledgeable and thorough. The plans were approved with their help and now that the unit is permitted for occupancy, the windows are a lovely attribute to the space."

The largest project he did: plant ground cover and lots of bushes on a pretty steep hill, had to clean it, improve irrigation, etc. also we did a few tune up projects for irrigation and landscape lightning repair as well as build 26” garden retainer wall. I was super happy with the work Tom and his crew did. He is easy to communicate with, punctual, pays attention to details and overall a very pleasant person to do business with. Rather than take my suggestion (that the problem was likely in the co trip panel) he proceeded to find that the problem was that rats had been filling the space behind and below the dishwasher with crushed debris that caused the dishwasher to not engage the switch. Instead of the expected large repair bill to replace the control panel, the charge was only $200 for his time."
