perfectly. Chris and Bryce are not only 2 of the nicest people to work with, but they are consummate professionals - they REALLY know their stuff. Fixed 2 stubborn sliding glass patio doors, and serviced a 3rd. All 3 now operate w/ barely one finger - slide and glide effortlessly. When they couldn't fix one of the sliding screen doors, they referred me to Hector at The Screen Fixer - another real professional. When there were some follow-up issues w/ the repairs, California Sliding Doors was very responsive and fixed the add'l problems w/ no questions/hassles. Even the office staff is top-drawer. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Our expensive sliding glass door came off its track, and would not close properly without our having to use a crowbar each time! California Sliding Door gave us a quote over the phone, and paid us a visit on the next business day to make the repair. In less than 30 minutes, they removed the door, placed new rollers on it (which they had available in their truck), did some cleaning of the track, and then replaced the door. It now opens and closes more easily and smoothly than it ever has! Moreover, they did an extremely clean job of it -- no chipped paint or any trace that a repair had been made. They were also very friendly, as well as professional in every way. I would definitely hire them again, if needed! Oh, and their price was very reasonable.

They repaired a sliding door for me about a year and a half ago. Suddenly it stopped working recently. They came out the next business day and fixed it free of charge, even though it ended up likely not being due to anything wrong with their original work. Give them a call, they stand by their work, and more.

Gino and Bryce arrived right on time. They were miticulous in identifying the problem and solving for it. The door works perfectly now and functions as if they were new. I should have contacted these guys much earlier to have saved myself the frustration of trying to fix it on my own several times. Highly recommended them.

I called California Sliding Door Repair on a Sunday morning. My very large, three panel sliding door had gotten off track and stuck and would no longer close. I needed help quickly as I would otherwise not be able to close the door. Terry (owner) answered the phone right away. It was the one day in the week he wasn't planning on working but he didn't want to leave me stranded so he personally came over to help me fix the door (even brought his sweet dog along with him as it was supposed to be their day to spend together). Terry's years of experience paid off. He was able to quickly figure out the problem and use a very clean and simple approach to quickly fix the issue. I would have been stranded without his help so am very appreciative of his responsiveness. From my first call , Rose asked me a few questions,. And with that information , she knew exactly what was needed to fix my doors. She scheduled me the next day. Gino and helper arrived on time with all the parts they needed to complete the job. They cleaned up and left me with doors that opened like new. I was impressed with how efficient Rose was in gathering the information prior to sending the guys to the cleaning up after they completed the job. California sliding door was the third company I called but the only one that seemed to know what they were talking about.

Terry came with Luke, the wonder dog, and a tall, strong,blonde woman"Tracy" (thought it was his wife-I was wrong) . They replaced the handle, lock , track and the rollers! FANTASTIC. I called other companies and they wanted to send an estimator out but I found this company on here and they knew what I needed and knew what they were talking about. They came in to fix my sliding door and came prepared on time and very polite. When they were finished they cleaned up after themselves left no debris and did stupendous work.

These guys really know what they are doing and have special equipment so they did not have to make a hole in the wall to take out the unhinged pocket door, which is in a tight space. They have all the tools and parts with them so they are not running out in the middle of the job to find parts. My door is on a new track and glides more smoothly than it has ever done before. And we are pleased with the work on our three sliding doors. Spoke to Rose/Terry in the office who are both very responsive. Initially, I was just looking for a handyman but I'm very happy I went with the specialists.

Fantastic!! I can not recommend this company high enough. The team arrived, introduced themselves, shook my hand. They were able to replace the wheels without removing the door, which had been other repairmen's problem - they could not get the door out. They cleaned the track also. The door now slides so easily - like new! They had me check that the latch was working properly, that the door was moving easily. Incredibly efficient, incredibly polite. When you know what you are doing, you know what you are doing!! Fantastic job!!

It went excellent. They came out to give me the estimate to fix the doors and confirmed they could be fixed and they would do it the same day. Rather than having to do anything structally to the house, they were able to remove the doors and frame, put in a new sized glass and adjust the frame, which worked perfectly. The doors opened with no problem. They also took taht existing glass (which was safety glass) and replaced the solid non sliding winows which were not safety glass. Overall very satisfied, job well done, doors open perfectly and a 1 year guarentee!

They replaced some wheels and adjusted the doors so that they close smoothly and evenly.

Everything went well and they were able to compete on price with big box store, and their quality was much, much better!
