They removed carpet and parquet flooring and installed new hardwood floors in a large space (~1200 square feet) plus a flight of stairs, the entrance way and a closet. The wood is perfectly laid - seamlessly moving among three rooms with long lines. They kept the house really clean and neat, moving my furniture around, so I didn't have to move it. They did this start to finish in 4 days, my friends and neighbors are amazed - lots of excellent feedback..and this includes a contractor, who does this himself. We discovered this the first day when they drilled through it with a snake; we had them return a couple of days later with a hydrojet unit to clean it out. Our house is located in the mountains, and may not be particularly easy to get the equipment out here, but they had very little difficulty. They used a lengthy hose to go around the back of the house, then sent the nozzle through the pipe behind the trap to clear it out. I was originally concerned about navigating past the elbow joints in the pipe, and the fact that we have a septic tank that I didn't want to fill up; but neither was a problem, and the job was done in about an hour. The sound of the drain flowing never sounded so sweet."

"We had trouble finding someone to re-tile our bathroom. I turned to Angi and was contacted by 3 contractors within an hour. Juan was the only one that wanted to come out to look at it in person. That was very important to me, no one wants surprises when starting a project and Juan gave us a very good evaluation of what needed to be done. Juan has a great personality and is very easy to talk to. We hired him to replace the tile floor and remove an old sink in a vanity. The tub surround and vanity are vintage and in great shape so we wanted to preserve it if possible. We were not sure it could be done. Juan was able to remove the old sink without doing any damage to the surrounding tile. Both the floor and the vanity with the new sink look great. I would hire Juan again. He has great communication skills, he is respectful of the house, keeps a clean work site and kept the dust and work from interfering with the rest of the house."
