"Mike is great on response to initial inquiry. His work is excellent. However, he is a little lax on scheduling and further communication. After he quoted the job, he never initiated any conversations. I had to call him several times to start the work. Finally, he responded with "we will be there tomorrow". They showed up and did the demo, then I had to call Mike again when they did not show up for a couple of days. He said they had to wait for concrete delivery (by the way, I never saw Mike himself again. He never came to check customer satisfaction and sent someone to pick up the last payment). He said in the beginning that we would be without our driveway for a week, allowing for drying time. It turned out to be 2 weeks."

The project involved an artist rendering of the finished project, demolishing the old hardscape including the driveway, and installing a complex hardscape plus landscape including intricate drip irrigation in its place.
