#DecorByFarbex ... Four of the six skylights installed by Farbex last year have consistently leaked every rain since installation. I know we've had some crazy storms this winter, but their skylights starting leaking shortly after installation in February 2022. They are not capable of fixing it. I have tarps on my room and bowls/towels on my floors to catch the leaks. Don't hire them.

It went really well. The owner was very nice and honest. The designer Ana was also nice. They were quick to correct the issue.

They are very very good. Gregory is the owner and is very detail oriented, customer focused, and very responsive to our input. They have a design consultant if needed and they provide very detailed and comprehensive quotes. They finish on time, and they manage sub-contracters very well. We would highly recommend them and we will hire them again.

It went great. I had an excellent project manager who helped me with the choices. They adopted to the changes and walked us through the options and suggestions from home depot and other websites. He worked well in ordering and installing them. They worked on a timely manner continuously. They were respectful. They provided good quality work. If there were issues, they came back and fixed it. They also finished and fixed minor details, post construction, They always said yes and they come when they can. We also recommended them to other people and they had a good experience as well.

Farbex provided the end to end solution I needed - from design inputs and material selection to ordering choices for me to pick from and customizing finishes to my very detailed specs. I particularly appreciated constant communication and attention to detail. Gregory is a good listener (of crazy ideas) and strong advocate for his client thinking long term where we may not be able.
