A few days later, he appeared with a full crew for the job.  After carefully protecting and covering all of my new windows, the old stucco was preped and the new stucco applied.  The house looks like new and has an updated stucco pattern and we get rave reviewsabout how great it looks.  The crew was very professional and cleaned up everything perfectly when the job was completed.

"Efrain and his crew were on time every day of the job.  They prepped, painted, repaired and cleaned up every day.  He was extremely professional and contacted us every evening about the next day's work.  He was very responsive via email with last minute questions and instructions.  At the end of the job he did a walk through with us and found things we didn't even notice.  We are very picky about lines and we were very happy with the straight lines between rooms and especially above the baseboards.  Not only will we use him again, but we highly recommend him.

"It went great. It was a big deal purchase and it did cost me more than the big deal purchase. It was like a deal for four hours for $100 so they did almost half of everything and then they gave me a pretty good deal on finishing up. I think they were a little ill-prepared for how much work that needed to be done. There were just holes everywhere because of the electrical. They re-patched all of the dry wall holes and matched the plaster to the wall. I think they were ill-prepared for that but because of that they gave me a pretty good deal on finishing it so I was pretty happy about that. The price was great. Everything was great. The guy was a little late."

The painter that is doing the walls (would have used Danny's team but they were already booked solid) commented on how "wow, this took twenty years off of the house" -- he had seen it with the popcorn initially.  This painter also does popcorn removal; and, was clearly impressed  with Danny and his team's work.  
I'm also amazed at how fast the work was done.  I'm on a tight move in schedule; and, Danny and his team completed the job in two days as promised.  They are extremely organized and clean too...no trace of popcorn or anything else after they were done.
Once again, I highly recommend Danny and his team and plan to get estimates from him for future remodeling projects we have in mind for our new home.
