Quick and friendly service

I made a cold call to Jason. We set up an appointment. Jason arrived on time and evaluated the problem and told me what the situation was. ordered the parts. We setup another appointment for Jason to come back and repair the washer when e received the parts. Jason repaired the washer and with my approval serviced the dryer also. Jason was very qualified, very professional and thorough in the performance of his work. I will certainly use his service again. Jason rocks!

My stove door hinges needed to be replaced. No hassle. Over the phone gave me the exact price. Ordered the parts and done. Very happy and will use again if needed

Exceptional service!!! Jason called 15 min before arriving saying he was on his way. He was on-time at the agreed upon timeframe. He quickly assessed the issue with our clothes washer. He removed the top part of the washer and discovered the balance ring was misaligned. He quickly corrected it, put the cover back on and only charged a small fee for the service call. He didn’t even charge for the repair!! I will definitely be referring this company to my friends and call Pro-Tech when I have other appliance issues!!! Thank you!

Wonderful experience with Jason from ProTech Appliance. He arrived within the appointment time window and immediately knew how to bring up the refrigerator’s codes and also how to access the area he needed. He had the replacement parts in his truck and once he installed them and replaced the cover, the error codes went away and the refrigerator began cooling. Jason communicated what he was doing as he worked and showed me the new (in the packages) parts he was replacing, as well as my old damaged parts. He was totally professional, as well as being efficient and courteous. His price was reasonable and fair. He didn’t overcharge for the parts (which I confirmed from an online search. His labor rate is higher than others, but since he is skilled at what he does he is quicker at fixing the problem. I would use him again.

The repair was a new door boot for a front load washer and repair of the microwave, replacing the control board. Jason was excellent on both counts. Courteous, timely and efficient. I will definitely use him again.

For several months our refrigerator has made a knocking noise every once in a while. Unfortunately it didn't make the noise while the repairman was here, so it wasn't fixed.

I needed to do water damage repair, then compressor installed...it was defective! Replacement installed then determined temperature control module was defective. It was replaced and now all seems to be working well. The contractor did a great job through this process.

The tech showed up on time. He knew his stuff. He found the cause of the leak was gunk in the door seal. He removed the gunk and tested the machine. He made suggestions for ongoing maintenance that could prevent the gunk. It was all over in way under an hour.
