"Project: Repair and partially replace stucco surface of small retaining wall. Phil met with me and we discussed how to treat a short retaining wall that was losing the stucco surface after about 4 years since it was originally plastered. The wall was alowing water seepage to come thru the concrete block and lifting the original stucco finish off. Phil suggested a repair , consisting of first scraping all loose stucco off the wall and then applying an adhesive type undercoat followed by a total restucco of the wall. It was done very professionally , minimal debris, 2-day process , and it looks great. Now I just have to see how it holds up over the next 4-5 years . Highly recommend PG Plastering."

They returned phone calls immediately, gave us a very competitive quote, provided references and even helped to choose the perfect color combination. Once the work commenced, they removed the gutters, pressure washed the whole house, made repairs to the stucco in various areas, painted all exterior, wood trim, patio cover, front doors, side doors, and metal garage doors. They even went as far as removing the exterior light fixtures, and re-installing them when the work was complete. It took them a complete week to do the job. They were on-time every morning and were meticulous about masking everything, and not getting over-spray or spilling paint on anything. The house looks great, and I will definitely use them again. "Art was extremely helpful and accommodating at every step of the project, from bidding through scheduling and even some additional work we needed a few weeks later. The team worked efficiently, doing a new main line install (going under our sidewalk and concrete without any demolition), re-piped the horizontal pipes under the house with copper (they were 100 year old galvanized), and setup a new shut off and regulator outside. They did everything in a day and cleaned up nicely. When we had other contractors working on our foundation 2 weeks later, they bent over backwards to get plumbers out the next day to make some fixes to drain pipe and at an excellent price. I got quotes from three companies and Repipe Pro was the most competitive and also great responsiveness from Art and his wife Thelma who run the business. Luckily we found Quality Remodeling and we felt so much relief. Sean came out to see us on September 19th 2012. He brought all of his license information and wouldn't even come into our house until we felt comfortable with the idea. We showed him the problem and he took measurements. What my husband and I liked the most was that he never pressured us. He told us to take time and think about it. He gave us a great price and was even willing to help us out with financing, but luckily we didn't need it.  I would recommend this company to all of my friends.
