"We have been wanting to redo our California Bath for close to 5 years. We were nervous about finding a reputable company that wasn’t going to hose us. Five Star is really 5 Stars!! They were very professional throughout the process and even was able to get our project done in a timely manner. Not only did we redo the bath/shower, they installed and new vanity, flooring and even painted the space! Hard to find a company that can be 1 stop shop in the bathroom."

"Having purchased a newly built home I absolutely hated the bathtub and am not a shower person. Finally after six years I decided it was time to seek a replacement. Seaching the web I located Isaac Mailhot of Dynasty Plumbing. He responded immediately with a fair proposal and within a very short period of time the work began. Always on time, always professional and most importantly meticulous in daily cleanup, the job was completed on time. I could not have been more pleased and the result is beautiful. I only wish I had not waited so long to get my dream tub!"

"Received estimate from Kade via email. He said that if I had any questions to call. Estimate was for $6056 with new furnace. I called office on 07/26/2019 (same day as original estimate) to see how much to replace 2nd unit and was told it was late in the day but someone would call back on Monday. I responded to email to make sure there was a record of my request since companies tend to get busy. On Monday I called again and was told that Kade wasn't in the office but the office person said that she thought someone was working on the price. She said I would get a call back. A week later, no call. I guess they don't need my $12,000. Estimate order number: 001085-1. They need to change their above description: Our mission is to provide the highest quality of service to all our customers."

"Our technician Jamie L was 2nd to none. He was the 2nd plumber to come check the leak on our newly installed oven. The other plumber couldn't figure it out without wanting to replace a lot of piping, Jamie L took the time to listen to my questions about why they would the pipping need to be replaced. "Diamond House recently did a bathroom remodel. Replaced all the plumbing fixtures and drains due to a leak. Throughout the renovation the project manager and office staff stayed in great communication and kept me informed of progress through whole project! The bathroom turned out beautiful!
