They took pains not to drop branches on our house or porch. They were safety orientated from the beginning. Our 80 ft pine fell over with that last snow and wind, blocking our yard and drive. "The provider showed up on time as promised. After about 40 minutes the service guy was wrapping up and had to ask him to redo some sections that were clearly not clean. Also missed stairs completely. They did finish it up and final job was fine. Had some trouble communicating with service guy as his English was limited. Wasn't terrible but wouldn't use again.
