"We recently had Mega Power Electric Inc install a solar system and panels. The President and provided excellent communication all the way through the process. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. "Service was great. I called four other electrical contractors to come out to give me an estimate and no one would bother. I called Inter Faith and they were here within the hour.
I had an issue with installation of a central vacuum since it was installed over 10 years ago, where the installer did not run a dedicated line for the furnace and the vacuum separately. The installer just put in a plug to be able to plug in the vacuum and furnace/ac blower at the same time. If I ran the two at the same time it would trip the breaker and neither would work.
Inter Faith ran a dedicated line to my vacuum, separate from the furnace. They did the job neatly and quickly. At first I though their quote was expensive, but after seeing what they had to do I am very happy with the price.
I would highly recommend them to do any work. They are now going to quote upgrading my solar system.
