"Service went ok, but technician was late. However, once she got here, very professional and knowledgeable. Several weeks later after the service was complete, got an email from the vendor saying they had not been paid...which was odd, since i bought the service in full via Angie's list. We sorted it out over the phone; they had not applied the credit to the account i guess."

"Began job on the 29th of September and finished up on the 4th of October. Started up late in the AM & left early the first day or two, but finished all the work by Friday, October 4th. I had an Angie's List coupon(5% off) that could not be honored, but Elliott's compensated me by not charging for the removal of the tree. They even dug out the stump! Very pleased with the overall work done.
