I had 2 very large & tall trees & their stumps removed. Removal was scheduled with in a few days. The removal of both trees & stumps was completed in one day. There was no property damage done taking these trees down & out. The crew cleaned up the work area and removed all materials from the trees from my property. All the people with this company I had contact with were very professional and polite. I am very pleased with the service they provided. When need I will turn to them again.

Excellent job! No standing around, when they left, they cleaned up ALL debris, didn't even leave a leaf! The huge overgrown oak tree looks like an artist painting. They took pains not to drop branches on our house or porch. They were safety orientated from the beginning. Our 80 ft pine fell over with that last snow and wind, blocking our yard and drive. When they left, it was if that 25yr old pine tree never was there!! Amazing work. I don't do these surveys, but had to take exception. Innovative did a wonderful job, and I want to thank them. Incase you are wondering, this is the first time I used them, but won't hesitate to call them if we need their type of service. We'll worth the money spent, which was middle of all estimates I checked into. We live all the way near Keene. Appreciate the fine job they did for us. Innovative, You rock!!!

The Innovative Tree Experts, provided a free quote, At the best price, to trim our big corner lot tree. A Price and Date was established. They arrived on time and by the end of the day, two gigantic piles of branches remained to be picked-up which was done on the 4th of July. On time, very efficient all 4 men worked fast and insink with one another. No time was wasted in trimming the trees and clean-up. No complaints trees look better than I imagined.

I was very happy with all the tree, shrub, and stump removals. The workers worked very hard and were very nice even though it was very hot. They cleaned up everything before they left. The cost was a little higher than normal, I found out later from other gardeners. I wanted a company that was insured and experience which they were. Thanks Innovative tree experts.

To be fair, I never award a top grade for anyone or any thing. The workers were prompt and professional. Dealing with office staff on phone was pleasant and questions promptly dealt with. I would not hesitate to recommend the company.
