This was a 3-week job that required extensive wood replacement from termite damage. Manuel and his team have good carpentry skills and the work areas were left clean each night. They also prepped an area for a solar installation. Dave Brunn was extremely responsive and always accessible every day. After the heavy rains over the past several weeks, everything works as it should with no leaks. A very good job at a fair price and I paid 100% when the job was complete

- D M Ring Contracting LLCI talked to about 6 contractors. The quotes were all similar but one difference was each company's approach to ventilation. My roof had a ridge vent but no intake ventilation and after some research, I decided that I needed to add intake ventilation somehow. Recommendations from the contractors were all over the map here. Some didn't make sense and would've been detrimental to the roof/attic. Others were overly elaborate and expensive. D M Ring was the only one that was willing to install traditional soffit vents at a reasonable cost so that tipped the scales in their direction. They were very accessible during the bidding stage and answered my questions quickly and didn't get annoyed with me :) Once production started, the team that came out was great. Segundo was team leader and he's topnotch. It was a small team (3-4 people) and all of them appeared to be well trained and experienced. It was a fairly big job but everything came out perfect and looks great. Thanks so much!
