"Overall my experience with this company was great! The work that was done was really really good! Our contractor who assisted us was Jose. We added a living space and master bedroom to our home. The additions done look as if they were part of my house this whole time. Honestly it looks way better than I expected. The only reason I rated the company a 4.5 was because there was always some kind of miscommunication between our contractor and his workers. Don t get me wrong, things were always resolved, Jose was great at that. But my recommendation to is to make sure communication is #1. That way the customer is not confused or left wondering what will happen next. There was an issue with his floor guy though, he was rude and unprofessional. BUT the reason I am mentioning this is not to put down the company but let you know that we expressed concern for this issue and it was resolved professionally by Jose and it never became an issue again. The quality of work was top notch! His workers were all pretty cool guys and we always felt comfortable of who was coming into our home to do the work. I highly recommend this company for your next big project😊👍🏼"

"One of my relatives recommended to me this home remodeling company after he hired them for his house and they were super happy due to the fantastic job that Best Builders did at his home. At my house I wanted a new patio deck built before the summer will start. Sofia from the main office scheduled me an appointment with one of her people and she sent out Zohar, who worked with me step by step through this entire remodeling project. Zohar is a great guy and a professional person! He made sure that everything is being done exactly as it was promised in the design stage AND each change that he wanted to do (in order to make this project better than it should). "After many roofing estimates that were incredibly high and came with either no financing or high interest financing, I stumbled upon Zen Builders. Simon was attentive, knowledgeable, and on top of his game. My roof was completed in three days, it's beautiful, and there were NO LEAKS when the rains came a few days later. The workers were professional, considerate, and the clean up was amazing. No trace of having construction in my yard. Because I was so happy with the work, I mentioned to Simon that I would love to have him come back and do a few more projects. I ended up with an even better financing option (both loans are well-within my budget) and a GORGEOUS new patio cover complete with a surprise ceiling fan in the middle! The patio is now white, and they painted the trim of my house to match. They also fixed my heating/AC ducts, insulated my attic, and for free, added plywood, so I can actually store items up there. I have never had an issue getting ahold of Simon or his sister, Kineret (Kerry). When there was an adjustment needed to the air ducts, the workers came out quickly (amid the COVID-19 quarantine) and simply fixed it! I couldn't ask for more! All work took less than a month to complete and I never felt pressured, ignored, or bamboozled. I have recommended Zen Builders to many of my friends. I hope they recover from the imposed quarantine to continue to provide excellent service."

He was knowledgeable about the windows and explained the differences so I could make the best choice for the money I had to spend. The windows were replaced and I'm happy with my beautiful new sliding door. The work was done quickly and my home was left in great condition. I had no clean up to do after the workers finished. Tom helped me process all the paperwork and arranged for financing , also very helpful. I would use this company again and I would ask to work with Tom Cohen.
