"Juan was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I was in desperate need of someone to help me with replacing my walls after I had a different crew do an abatement job. Juan & JC Construction were the first ones to contact me about this project. He was able to replace the insulation in the walls and did most of the wall installation himself. Then 2 of his crew came out the next day and they completed the rest of the necessary work. They were able to get everything uniform and looking the same as the existing walls. It all looks like it never really had any changes. I was given the estimate for 3 or 4 days of work for the repair project --- but they managed to get it all done in only TWO DAYS. I am very grateful, pleased & happy with the end results. I don't know if I'll ever need anything else done, but if I do, they're #1 on my list. THANKS AGAIN, GUYS!! 5☆"

His price was excellent for remedying the problems on the wall at the back of my garden, replacing the lower half of the wall, beautifully repainting the entire wall, burying a long hose to carry the water from my roof around the entire garden, perfect at cleaning up everything upon the completion of the 3 day project! They take there time to set up plastic and ram board to protect all the finish surfaces in the house. You can find a cheaper guy buy you’ll pay more to get Mr Guerras Lathing and Plastering to fix the other guys work!!!! Highly recommend Guerras Lathing and Plastering for all small or big projects. Just awesome work will be booking him for my other three projects!!!"

"We hired Juan and his team to smooth out textured drywall in our house (wall and ceiling), going to a Level 5 finish. They did an amazing job, quality was top notch, attention to detail was amazing. I had absolutely no stress as Juan took care of the things like he was working for his own house project, he did not need to be told, he found issues and fixed them. This is not easy stuff, not something you can just look at You Tube and fix. Requires skill and patience. Required 3 coats of plaster with sanding in between. One coat a day. Lot of work!!! and final product was amazing!!! He also kept everything clean and protected as he knew we lived in the house during the actual work. Cleaned up at end of every day. Will certainly hire him the next time for similar work."
