"Juan was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I was in desperate need of someone to help me with replacing my walls after I had a different crew do an abatement job. Juan & JC Construction were the first ones to contact me about this project. He was able to replace the insulation in the walls and did most of the wall installation himself. Then 2 of his crew came out the next day and they completed the rest of the necessary work. They were able to get everything uniform and looking the same as the existing walls. It all looks like it never really had any changes. I was given the estimate for 3 or 4 days of work for the repair project --- but they managed to get it all done in only TWO DAYS. I am very grateful, pleased & happy with the end results. I don't know if I'll ever need anything else done, but if I do, they're #1 on my list. THANKS AGAIN, GUYS!! 5☆"

"I highly recommend Josh Matus from SC Home Repair. We needed to have a ceiling replaced in a closet after it was damaged by water. The plumber who originally fixed the leak cut out the ceiling to fix the leak, but was not able to reinstall it. We hired Josh to replace the ceiling. He did an excellent job. He was punctual and polite, and kept me looped in on the entire project. He got my sign-off on all of his decisions and ran pricing by me when he needed to buy supplies. He knew exactly what he was doing. Josh finished the job quickly in two days and did excellent work while paying attention to detail. I would certainly hire him again!"

"He was able to completely fix the problem. My doors close perfectly now. Since there was extra time on the 2 hour minimum, he also filled some cracks in my walls. The time went over 2 hours, but I was charged for a full 3 hours. Keep that in mind if you have extra work."

He repaired a damaged wall in my garage, installed a cabinet and shelving in the garage installed a kitchen faucet, two light fixtures, a smoke detector and some hanging strips for tools in the garage. "Felipe and his crew did a relatively large project for me to repair a 120 sq ft cottage that sits at the top of the hill in my backyard. Originally there were trees running through the cottage and surrounding deck, but the trees had to be removed. Felipe patched the hole in, and replaced the shingles on, the roof; replaced the ceiling wood planks and installed new flooring inside the cottage; replaced the surrounding deck; designed and built new stairs going up the hill; and reinforced the support for the whole structure. Also installed a mini split (combination air conditioner/ heat pump). Workmanship was outstanding, lots of attention to detail. The crew arrived promptly at the stated time and were very polite. Once started, they worked without interruption until the project was complete (~2 weeks). Very thorough clean-up. Communication with Felipe was excellent. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"
