ICG Engineering was founded in 1996 by President Hossam Nasser PhD, PE, who has extensive experience in the field of structural engineering design, consultation, assessments and inspection. We have gained years of experience on a wide variety of projects for both public and private clients. ICG Engineering provides engineering consultations for commercial and residential buildings including preparation of construction drawings, interface with building officials for permit issues, and construction management. We have extensive experience in foundation repair and seismic retrofit of existing structures. We also undertake additions, remodels, and upgrades to exisiting buildings. We provide excellent customer service through timely handling of projects. We have many new construction projects for residences in the Bay Area that you may review.
