CRC Sewer and Drains

Hello Everyone, I am a Homeowner who lives in Summer Lake located in Oakley, CA. I wanted to take a moment to let everyone know about an Awesome Company they are called â CRC Sewer and Drainsâ . I called them asking if they could come over to fix some LEAKS underneath my kitchen sink. 1). They came over quickly 2). Allen and Chris were very professional. 3). As the work was being performed they had informed me of all of what the problem was and how it would be fixed. 4). The PRICE they charged for their work was very reasonable and fair. 5). These individuals by the name of Chris and Allen who work for this company are True Professionals and they Treat their Customers with First Class Service. 6). If anyone should experience any plumbing or leaks in their pipes I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company â CRC Sewer and Drainsâ .. Thanks for your Time

Chris was very honest and upfront. Iâ m a single woman and know nothing about plumbing or what needed to be done. Chris spent the time to explain and go over it all with me. The work was beautifully done and done in a timely manner. He was always on time and if he was going to be late Chris sent me a message. Chris has helped me to organize what needs to be done in my house. So we finished first phase now we will start second phase. Itâ s so reassuring to have a contractor/plumber that I can trust and do the work correctly. Thanks Chris!

Chris and Leo were punctual, polite, and very patient with my continuous questions. They had to move a bathroom vanity to get into the wall and subfloor to trace the source of a leak (it was a faulty solder on a supply line). The repair was quick; the walls were patched and painted; and everything was returned back in place. They did excellent work!

I would definitely call Chris again and his crew whenever I have any plumbing issues. He is trustworthy, thorough and explains in detail what needs to be done. As the other customer said in the review section, Chris has an excellent work ethics. I wish I could give this company TEN STARS. I had been through a bad experience with my home warranty and another plumbing company pertaining to my sewer line being broke. My family and I had to live in a hotel for five days, because of no plumbing. When I sent a request for a quote to CRC Chris called me back immediately and I sent him pictures of what was going . Chris told me that he can fix that problem and have my family and I back home by the evening. I literally cried on the phone to this man thanking him for helping me and my family. I told them my septic tank needed to be unclogged, and they came fully prepared to deal with that. But I donâ t have a septic tank! Oopsâ ¦. Even with the wrong equipment they were able to roll with the situation and use what they had to unclog my lines quickly. They were very friendly and informative, communicated all my options. Here and gone in 45 minutes.

He got our septic up and running. 5 years ago another company installed new septic systems and did very poor workmanship so the septic failed. We are up ruining now. He will be hooking us up to sewer very soon! He has been so easy to work with and so helpful with permits and all the stages to get us hooked up to the sewer. Chris has been very professional and explained everything and how the process works.

It was fast .he explained the process to me so I would know what was going on and how the process of the projected work that better helped me understanding the whole sewage draining for my trailer .
