YG Cleaning

Yesenia came to my home twice, the first time was to check out what I needed to be cleaned. We agreed upon $200 and she came back about 2 hours later to help me with cleaning. She completed her task and I went to grab my money to pay her. I was happy to have met her and I had donated brand new clothes and shoes to her and over $600 of food to her for the church she attends. I did that because I thought she was an amazing person. I didn't want to believe that I had been robbed of all of my money. Initially, I didn't think that she would do such a thing. I went to the dumpster at my apartment and pulled out every single garbage bag that had been thrown away and NOTHING! I had a few boxes left in my apartment that were going with me to my new residence, and we emptied every box and NOTHING!!!!!

They did the good job for my townhouse. Very details for the deep cleaning. I will definitely rehire them if needed.

Yesenia did an outstanding job for us. We needed some power washing done on our walkways and landscaping. The work they did was excellent. They arrived on time. We?re very professional and efficient. I highly recommend them to anyone needed power washing or other maintenance work done at your home.

Yesenia communicated very well about her availability and the services in each tier. She worked around my scheule quite well. We got a 1 time deep clean, and the house was sparkling by the end of it! She finished everything in record time but didn't compromise on quality. We have enlisted her services on a recurring basis!

Yesenia and Abby did a fantastic job. My home hadn't been cleaned this well ever. They left it cleaner than when I moved in 10 years ago. Both ladies were very pleasant, the work was so detailed that I am still finding little things that now sparkle that hadn't before. I started my service with a deep clean to make cleaning easier and I plan to make this a monthly service! As for details: they did everything we discussed on the consultation plus a little. All the tiny crevices in our older home were cleaned. The inside of the windows, the fridge, under furniture, etc. They got everything. I am so happy with the service!

When I was looking for help with house cleaning, I was very fortunate to find Yesenia. She is a lovely person and an excellent house cleaner. She is fast but thorough and efficient at the same time. She does a great job cleaning our home.

Incredibly disappointed. I would not recommend. She only did part of what was discussed and tried to upcharge to have more done. When she came to our home for an estimate, the agreement was to do a deep cleaning for $300 and she would bring another person to help. She would hang all the clothes, organize our refrigerator and kitchen cabinets, clean all the windows, make the bed, and clean our pet's pen. She said there would be a deep clean with another person to help. On the day of service, she arrived an hour later than planned and she arrived alone. She did not completely clean and organized the kitchen as discussed, she only hung half the clothes even though there were enough hangers, she did not respect our home because she walked with shoes on even though she was asked not to, our pets pen was not cleaned at all, and only half the windows were cleaned. The bed was not made in the master bedroom. We felt scammed and robbed. Look for someone else.
