Gus and Kevin were the two guys that arrived and had answered my questions politely and guided us on what they are planning to do today to fix the door when they looked at it and saw the problem areas. What looked like a complicated fix to me, both Gus and Kevin made it look like an easy fix, which visually tells a customer that they know what they're doing. Hoping I don't need to call them again because my sliding door issue was fixed and now it glides and locks so smoothly - but they are now added as my primary and only contact and recommendation to others if they need a similar issue resolved!"

A month after Kevin replaced the garbage disposal, I had a different issue with the kitchen sink that may have been related. "Felipe and his crew did a relatively large project for me to repair a 120 sq ft cottage that sits at the top of the hill in my backyard. Originally there were trees running through the cottage and surrounding deck, but the trees had to be removed. Felipe patched the hole in, and replaced the shingles on, the roof; replaced the ceiling wood planks and installed new flooring inside the cottage; replaced the surrounding deck; designed and built new stairs going up the hill; and reinforced the support for the whole structure. Also installed a mini split (combination air conditioner/ heat pump). Workmanship was outstanding, lots of attention to detail. The crew arrived promptly at the stated time and were very polite. Once started, they worked without interruption until the project was complete (~2 weeks). Very thorough clean-up. Communication with Felipe was excellent. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"

"The job was to re-attach sliding glass shower door to its wheeled clamp, so door could slide, once again. NorCal accepted the job, though not experienced in glass shower door issues. Due to their lack of experience AND a couple of situations out of their control, they spend MUCH more time repairing, yet, doing, a seemingly, good job [so far after 1 day], than the last repair of this same door by another ANGI? Pro, who did so for much less [the job is "extremely" simple for the RIGHT Pro] and somewhat better job. I have not yet used the shower, but I am fairly confident NorCal Sliding Door Repairs did a good job in an area they have no direct experience. I did not re-hire the previous company I used, since I couldnt find them on ANGI when i requested quotes for this job. If not for the "excessive?" service charge of NorCal Sliding Door Repairs for this "minor" job, I'd rehire them for future shower door work: First Shower job: 3.5 stars"
