"When my clients ask for a recommended rehab construction company, I always refer OT Bay Builders. I have had 2 of my personal properties remodeled by Tom and his excellent, skilled team. My clients and I are always elated with their service and their ability to deliver outstanding results promptly. I highly recommend OT Bay Builders, if you feel your home is outdated or if you are looking to increase the value of your home for an upcoming sale!"

"Josh did a great job on my roofing repair! He showed up when he said he would, and the roof looks great! He also installed some replacement skylights and siding. He sent many pics of the job as I wasn’t able to be there when the work was performed. I will definitely use him again."

"Bear Remodelling just finished our kitchen remodel and we couldn't be happier! Our 1980s kitchen was cramped and dark, but now it's open, bright and functional. The team guided us through picking cabinets, countertops, and backsplashes that worked together perfectly. What impressed me most was how clean they kept our home during the process - they put up plastic barriers and cleaned up daily. The project manager kept us updated with daily progress reports and was super responsive whenever we had questions. The new island they installed gives us the extra counter space we desperately needed. Worth every penny!"

"We hired McCormick Home Builders to remodel our living room, and we are beyond pleased with the result. The team was professional, worked efficiently, and Aris design ideas made a huge difference. The room feels so much brighter and more spacious. This was the best decision we made for our home, and we were already planning our next remodel with them."

"He was responsible, responsive, pleasant, and helped me out. It was a last minute thing and I was appreciative of that. He even came with shoe covers for while he was in the home. He was trustworthy, neat, clean, and respectful. Perfect English and no communication issues."

"We have been working on our kitchen remodeling project with Shay at Cal Green Remodeling this past month. They are a great company, who knows what they are doing. Shay was knowledgeable and had a lot of experience which is shown on the results and while at the process. The workers were very clean and respectful of our privacy and our home. The kitchen looks great, was done fast and we are very happy!"

"Gilbert is top tier. It isn't always easy having a stranger up in your home but I would trust him across the board; not only with the quality and pricing of his work, but he's also just a really good human. His work speaks for itself but I'm looking forward to the next project we can bring him back for. He is also incredibly clean!! He's a joy to have at my home and he appreciates a good Brown Sugar Ice Shaken Espresso too."

"We had a great experience working with Tech Line Construction. They did a complete remodel of our kitchen, bathroom, and flooring. The whole process was very smooth and we are extremely happy with the results. Cooking in our new kitchen is a joy and we can't wait to entertain guests in our beautiful space."
