"Ben did some remodeling for our house in 2017. He was clear about the necessary steps and was dependable. He showed up when he said he would, and the work was finished on time and on budget which is very rare for contractors. He was the only contractor to give me a detailed written estimate, which was also lower than the two other verbal estimates I received. Mike also included some needed structural upgrades & other current building code requirements. The final inspection by San Francisco building department is scheduled for Monday, 6/13/22.
