"Working with Nathan & KN Remodeling was the best decision we made when undertaking our garage conversion job. Nathan understood exactly what we wanted, knew our budget parameters and provided us with a range of options that helped us stay within what we were seeking to spend. We wanted it to be NICE, but didn't need to over-do any of the finishes and spend needlessly on areas that were going to be used in-frequently. The end result was fantastic. The workmanship was of the highest order, the job was executed efficiently and with constant communication and oversight. The whole job was stress free and delivered on time. I can't recommend KN Remodeling highly enough!"

"We could not be more pleased with the work from Kyle Beym Home Improvement. Kyle himself is very professional, came out to discuss the job, timeframe, and exactly what we wanted done. The work was scheduled at a time that was convenient to us. We scheduled so that work would be done while we were out of town. Kyle Beym and his employees were very clear in their communications and forthcoming in what we could expect. The work they did was top notch, the job was completed on time, they were very thorough in cleaning up after the work was done (before we came back home), and it was so exciting to come home to ceiling that had been retextured, painted, and with new recessed lights and ceiling fan installed. We were blown away by the quality of the work. You will not be sorry with this company!"

"We recently completed our home construction project with this company, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Building a house can be stressful, but their professionalism, transparency, and dedication made the process smooth and enjoyable. From the initial consultation through the final walkthrough, their team demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. They took the time to understand our vision, offered practical suggestions, and kept us informed at every stage of the build. The project was completed on schedule and within the agreed budget, with no surprises along the way. The quality of work truly stands out. The finishes are flawless, the structure feels solid and well-built, and every detail reflects their commitment to excellence. The crew was respectful, punctual, and maintained a clean and organized job site throughout the construction. We highly recommend this construction company to anyone looking to build their home."

"The windows I can't say enough good things about Universal Home Design. Ouriel is a great contractor, who is all about details and quality work. This is the second time I have worked with him. The first time he helped me remodel my kitchen,it came out beautifully. I recently had him put in new windows in my condo( 10 windows). He worked with me from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about the windows and helped me with all the questions. Even after the work was finished he called me to make sure I was happy with the job. Universal Home Design is definitely one of the best. sincerely,Daniel M. The windows I can't say enough good things about Universal Home Design. "Robert and his crew did an outstanding job in a short time frame of one week in which I needed the work done for a house inspection to sell the home.  He taped off everything to reduce the dust created from sanding the drywall.  He left the house cleaner than it was when he started.  He was on time to bid the job and stayed on time to complete the job.  I really recommend him for work that touches several labors.  I had other estimates, but they needed to sub out part of the work because they couldn't do drywall, painting, and electrical.  Robert is the complete handyman that can do just about anything and his prices are very fair. When I have other work, Robert would be my first choice.

The room feels so much brighter and more spacious. This was the best decision we made for our home, and we were already planning our next remodel with them."
