I've never written a review before but felt like this was well earned and worth it. We have a two story home and two separate A/C units for each floor. Our upstairs unit had not been working as well as the down stairs unit, as in not putting out as much cold air. Monday evening we realized the temperature on the top floor kept rising and was not dropping. We contacted Econo Air after hours on their emergency line and our call was returned within 20-25 minutes by Jerry. Just through basic questions he gave told me he would have no problem coming out that night or he could come out the next day. My husband and I were worried about the cost of an emergency call and it was only $10 more then an appt made within normal hours. We had just been quoted ten minutes prior to that by another A/C company $257 just to come out to our house, not including parts and work done. Jerry made it to our home within the 20 minutes he said he would be there and started checking out everything right away. He explained everything that he was doing and showed my husband everything that he was looking at and finding as he went along. When all the work was completed, our A/C was working much better almost instantly and we still paid less then what we would've paid the other company just for showing up. We felt confident about the work that was completed and didn't feel like we were being overcharged or taken advantage of because it was an emergency call. We will definitely stick with Econo-Air for yearly maintenance also from now on. Jerry did a great job.

Econo-Air does satisfactory work. They're not the cheapest, but they're not the most expensive either. I mainly use them because my wife and I have used them in the past, they are who we purchased our A/C unit from, and my wife has cainophobia.

They were very professional, they were punctual, they worked with us and gave us what we requested. We out and put tiles around the unit and they picked it up from the supplier. They did a great job.

All areas of this work was excellent. Prompt and professional service. Clean up was great and the systems has been performing as promised.

It went quite well, they had to change some duct work, change out a drain pipe, and add a filter. To top it off they did some shingle work on the roof. The work was done in a day and no issues to date. All in all very pleased with the work.

I receive a call from Econo Air around 8:20am. They told me that the price but that they would have to call me back with the time.
They called later and gave me a time window when the repair guy could be back and that they would call me 30 min ahead to let me know he is coming. He came and got busy repairing the unit. When he was done he explained what he did to my husband and he showed him the bad part that he replaced. They were very professional and kind. I was very pleased with our service. Jerry was our repair man he was very knowledgable and answered all my husband questions. He was professional and friendly even in the 100+ degree heat. We will use them again if needed but hopefully we won't need to.

Found the problem right away. Replaced relay and washed out all the radiator coils.

They did a fine job. They were very nice. They put the gas logs in and they put everything in. Their price is reasonable.

Everything went very smooth and everything was done in a timely manner.

My husband and I recently moved to town and our normally reliable grill stopped working. I tried everything to fix it but to no avail. I called Econo Air and spoke with the manager. Normally, they only service grills that were purchased at their store but since I asked nicely he said he'd send a team out to take a look. The repair men found and repaired the defect in about three minutes. They were excellent.

I would recommend them, they seem to fix things and the seem to communicate well through the co-owner.

If anything goes wrong during the year, they will do the repair work for free because I have the contract with them.

They do an excellent job and we will continue to use them.
