He was able to quickly determined that the cause of my recently installed, by another company, pool/spa heater was not coming on was that the automatic valves controlling the water flow were not synchronized. He quickly corrected this problem. He pointed out that the heater could also be effected by low water flow caused by a plugged up pool filter. He explained very clearly what he recommended for repairs. Another problem he noticed was that the communication cable from the heater to the control panel had been spliced and wrapped in electrical tape. The price was very fair.
