"I called Water Heaters Only out of desperation on Sunday...Seth @ toll free # was fully aware of our tenants being without hot water for 2 days and was able to get a technician out on Monday morning. Monday @ 5 pm, hot water was up and running. David, the technician knew what had to be done to get the heater up and running. The next day, we did have a hiccup with a part but David came out immediately and tweaked the part -- all is good. Here is what I like -- 1. no sales pitch. 2. David gave me a plan b for possible additional work. 3. this company is available 365 days and you dont have to wait for parts to be delivered from out of state. 4. "Finally a company that cares about making things right!  I live in a condo.  I was impressed that when I had my heating and ac tune up in December 2015,  Darrow offered a discount since my neighbor was having their unit done as well.  I always like it when a company shows up on time and doesn't scare you into things you don't need.  Victor was that person.
The condo's exhaust fan had been an issue.  When it rained we would have a leak into our garage.  While I was told by other heating companies to get a roofer to seal the area, Darrow said that he could fix it.  Victor sealed the area and even came back to check on it after it had rained.  Unfortunately, it was better but not perfect.  When I called Darrow he said he was going to make it right at no additional cost.  Both Victor and Darrow came out promptly and spent at least 3 hours to remove and correct the problem.  They were a pleasure to work with.  The area was left cleaner than before. Best of  all there was no leak after it rained. It's not easy to find a company who stands behind their work.  I highly recommend them.
