His dedication to his craft, professionalism and quality of work exceeded my expectations. At our first meeting I discussed what I was thinking and he provided estimate a few days later. Granite for the countertops in kitchen. New hardware for drawers. New sink and faucet. Bathroom needed everything torn out and start over. New vanity. New tile floor. Tile shower. The whole condo needed new paint and other touches. His workers who did the demo and painting were great hard workers and did well. The new ceiling fans are installed and working perfectly. New light fixtures are installed. I was in touch with Richard daily. Every time we could talk about what was being done, any obstacles he was encountering and what his schedule was. The final results are a condo that looks totally transformed. I've always felt the difference between 4 stars and 5 stars are presentation and attention to detail. A four star hotel is already excellent. But 5 stars means those little thing are taken care of. Richard is five stars. The new baseboards are beautiful.
