They had to get a big hauling thing to take my system out and replace the other system. I looked out there and I saw this great big truck. They had to lift it up and it was kind of scary. I got the financing through SMUD, and it worked out fine. I said I couldn't afford that and they said they do finances through SMUD. I know everything is going to be great because SMUD has 13 criteria and everything that we have to comply with. It's working just fine because now I'm very cool in the summer and the heating was great during the winter time. I'm very satisfied. It only took them a couple of weeks because it was during the winter time and I didn't have any heat. I told them I was turning my oven on. He told me not to do that and in fact, he gave me a little portable heater. He said I can just use that so I went out and got another one and used it for my family room because that is where we spend the most time. That was just wonderful! They were outstanding."
