He didn't promise to do things that weren't possible, he provided ideas on how to keep costs affordable. He spent something like two hours drafting a vision for the bathroom and then providing a detailed quote - something no other company did. Larry's passion about his company is obvious and admirable. On to the actual project, Julie was our point person for things like payment and project dates. When we delayed the start of our project, they easily adjusted for us. Demo was a breeze and the gentleman who did the majority of the labor was named Eugene. Our son still talks about "Eugene" and how awesome he was - he thought Eugene was a total super hero.
